Barby A. Sloven has been with the Gift of Life for over eight years and serves as the organization's Associate Executive Director. In that capacity she oversees the daily operations and administrative functions of the organization.

Barby is a highly accomplished visionary with domestic and international experience in operations, and is results oriented and a decisive leader with proven success. She holds certificates in Management and Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
